Hi, I'm Xuan

I'm a writer, creator, coach, and recovering perfectionist who believes sharing your work shouldn't require becoming a content machine.

Like many creatives, I've spent years trying to find a way to create consistently without turning it into another source of pressure.

I've tried the complicated systems.

I've downloaded the templates.

I've watched the experts explain why I should be posting more, optimizing more, and showing up on more platforms.

And honestly?

Most of it made me want to throw my phone into the ocean.

What finally worked wasn't doing more.

It was doing less — with more intention.

It was getting clear on what I actually wanted to create, where I wanted to share it, and how to build a rhythm that fit my real life instead of some internet fantasy version of it.

Today, I create long-form content across YouTube, Substack, blogging, and podcasting. Along the way, I've learned that most thoughtful creatives don't need more information.

They need direction.

They need someone to help them simplify the process, organize their ideas, and stop second-guessing themselves every step of the way.

That's why I created The Creative Content Alignment.

Not to help people become influencers.

Not to help people chase algorithms.

But to help thoughtful creatives build a calmer, more sustainable way of sharing their work online.

What I Believe

You don't need to be everywhere.

You don't need to follow every trend.

You don't need to post every day.

You don't need to become someone else to be successful online.

You do need clarity.

You do need a system that works for your life.

And you do need the confidence to share what matters to you.

Who I Work With

I work with thoughtful creatives who have ideas, stories, knowledge, or work they want to share with the world.

Writers.

Artists.

Educators.

Coaches.

Small business owners.

People who care more about connection than going viral.

People who want their content to feel like an extension of their work — not a distraction from it.

When I'm not helping clients, you'll usually find me:

  • Reading or doing a crossword puzzle with a cup of tea nearby

  • Working on a creative hobby (currently crocheting & watercoloring)

  • Exploring California with my family

  • Recording or editing a YouTube video

  • Writing on Substack

  • Thinking about how we tend to make life more complicated than it needs to be

I live in Southern California with my husband and three children.

And… I'm still trying to figure life out as I go, just like everyone else.

A Few Things About Me
A group of people, including two children and adults, sitting outdoors at a table with food and drinks under a green umbrella. One person is holding a small fluffy dog, and others are eating or looking at menus. Trees and a fence are visible in the background.
Scenic landscape with a vast lake, mountains in the distance, green rolling hills, and a partly cloudy sky.

Let's Build Something Sustainable

If you're looking for a calmer, more thoughtful approach to creating and sharing your work online, I'd love to hear from you.
